Unable to set up or log in due to passcode issues.
Difficult and clunky user interface.
Frequent crashes and lagging performance in the app.

I tried downloading app it automatically said I needed put in verification code, but my code is a pattern code not numerical so I couldn't even get started ughhhh😩

Downloaded the SafeRide app thinking it would be easier to use than calling on the phone which takes up to 15 minutes to book a ride. BTW, SafeRide is used by UHC. Can't get past the first screen which requires a passcode. Called SafeRide, they are clueless. Was told to call UHC Member Services...Also clueless. Was told to call Web Support...Also clueless. Was told to call SafeRide which I had already done. Useless and uninformed people all around. Will have to proceed with phone calls.
