SafePass Ready: Safe Pass Prep

SafePass Ready is an independent study app for the Irish Safe Pass health and
safety awareness programme. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by SOLAS or the Health and Safety Authority, and passing questions
here does not grant a Safe Pass card.

WHAT YOU GET

• 588 practice questions across 13 learning units
• 10 full mock papers, timed and scored like the renewal computer-based test
(50 questions, 45 minutes, 45 correct to pass)
• A written explanation for every question — not just the right answer, but
why each of the other three is wrong
• 60 revision cards for the facts that catch people out
• Progress tracking per unit, a mistake book, and bookmarks

WHY THE EXPLANATIONS MATTER

Most question banks tell you the answer. That teaches you the answer, not the
safety point behind it — and the real assessment rewords things. Every
question here carries a "why this is right" and a per-option "why the others
are wrong", so you learn the reasoning you can carry into a differently worded
question, and onto a site.

BUILT FOR SITE, NOT FOR A DESK

• Core study works offline. Weather and ads update only when connected.
• No account or sign-up; study progress remains on your device.
• Answer order is shuffled, so you cannot memorise "the answer is B".
• A local weather card for the county you work in — rain, ice and wind are the
conditions that change how a site is worked.

WHERE THE QUESTIONS COME FROM

The bank is written and maintained against primary Irish sources: the Safety,
Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Construction Regulations
(S.I. 291/2013), and the Health and Safety Authority's own guidance and codes
of practice. Answer keys were cross-checked question by question against a
public revision portal, and every safety figure quoted in an explanation is
traceable to a named source. Where the official guidance gives no number, this
app does not invent one.

FREE TO USE

30 questions a day and one mock exam a day are included. When that allowance is
used, you may watch a short rewarded ad to support the app, or explicitly
continue without an ad. No ad failure, dismissal or skip blocks practice or a
mock exam. There is no subscription and nothing is locked behind a purchase.

LANGUAGES

Interface in English and Traditional Chinese. Questions, options and
explanations stay in English, because the real assessment is delivered in
English and practising in English is the point.

IMPORTANT

This is a third-party revision tool. Safe Pass training and certification can
only be delivered by a SOLAS-registered tutor. Always follow your tutor's
instructions and your site's safety rules.
