The שומרי הדרך (Guardians of the Road) Chrome extension connects users with an important citizen-driven initiative to increase road safety. Since 2016, the project has empowered individuals over 18 to document and report traffic violations using this user-friendly app.

With simple activation before driving, users can report offenses via voice commands or a Bluetooth steering wheel button. These reports are reviewed by experienced volunteer controllers, and offenders receive documented evidence, including video links. Life-threatening violations are escalated directly to the police, helping to deter unsafe driving and save lives across the community.

אפליקציה טובה מאוד. למי שהשתמש באפליקציה הישנה שנות דור יותר טובה. מצויינת לתיעוד של עבירות קשות ומסוכנות של כלי רכב בעיר ומחוצה לה. כלי נהדר כדי להאיר ולהעיר לנהגים על נהיגה מסוכנת ולא בטיחותית. כלי חשוב מאוד כדי להשלים אץ מה שהמשטרה לא יכולה לעשות כי היא לא נמצאת בכל רגע נתון בכל מקום.
