Manage HR

Manage HR app contains all the necessary features to record and manage HR processes. With this app you can mark and track employee Attendance through Bio metric or Photo along with location. Task creation, assignment and status tracking has become very easy through this application. User can apply for loan/advance, Full day and short Leaves with Manage HR Application. Admin and User based dashboard and reports are available.

Attendance Modes
User can mark attendance through Bio-Metric or Photo along with location of user. Over and Short time tracking based on company policy for Time In and Time Out.
Applications
• Full Day off Leave Application, Short or Half Day Leave application with approval Cycle
• Loan/advance Application along with desired payback/deduction schedule
Dashboard
• Admin and User based dashboards available for Open, In-progress and completed Tasks
• Today Present, Late comers and absent staff count
• Applications filed and their status as Open, approved or Rejected
Inquiries
• In Inquiry all previous data can be viewed, edited and deleted based on permissions assigned
• Admin has the access of all user’s data and normal user can access to only records related to him
