I’ve been waiting with no course access through another platform supplied by them, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received nothing but delays and excuses. Now Im having issues even for a refund. I wont even go into the subsciption details as its another disaster. The lack of timely responses and resolution is unacceptable. Please Follow up asap.

I bought some courses through this company due to some good deals and have been using it to study for CompTIA certifications. It's not quite as comprehensive as, say, LinkedIn Learning but you aren't required to subscribe to get courses here. You CAN subscribe but you can also buy individual courses to go at your own pace. The learning materials are high quality and the app seems to be very well made for on-the-go learning!

2023-10-04	ka*****	Have a few courses off these, issues to start work but customer service is excellent at trying to sort the issues out, ive only just found the app as I usually use the computer, I can't get the videos to play on the app, it's just a white screen and nothing happens, shame but looks like I'll stick with the PC
