Lalitha Sahasranama is a sacred text from Brahmanda Purana( discussion between Hayagreeva and Agasthya) of the Goddess Lalita Devi.
It contains the thousand names organized in hymns .
It is the only sahasranama that does not repeat a single name.
It is said to have been composed by eight vaag devis upon the command of Lalitha.
