S1 Reports

S1 Reports is the official field reporting app for Security One Group officers and supervisors, built to replace paper logs and disconnected reporting with a fast, standardized workflow — from the moment an incident happens to the moment a client receives a polished PDF report.

WHO IT'S FOR
S1 Reports is an internal operations tool for Security One Group personnel working at guarded sites. It is not a consumer app — access is restricted to authorized officers, supervisors, and administrators.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• File Information Reports for incidents, occurrences, and daily shift activity, with an AI-assisted writing tool that turns brief notes into a clear, professional narrative
• Log Access Control activity with structured, gate-by-gate, time-slotted entry and exit records
• Track Contractor Activity with daily contractor counts for each site
• Record Deliveries, including the deliverer, authorization method, receiving guard, notified contact, and signature capture for collections
• Attach photos and supporting files directly from your device
• Submit reports for supervisor review, with support for multi-supervisor sign-off
• Track report status end-to-end — Draft, Amended, Sent, Archived — with full history
• Generate branded, client-ready PDF reports that are automatically delivered by email to the client site once approved
• Download or share generated PDF and Excel reports directly from your device

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
S1 Reports is designed for officers working on-site, at guard posts and gatehouses, where reports need to be accurate, fast to complete, and consistent across every site and shift. Reports move seamlessly from officer submission to supervisor approval to client delivery, so nothing gets lost and every site has a reliable audit trail.

SECURITY & ACCESS
Access to S1 Reports is provisioned by your Security One Group administrator. Sign in with your assigned officer, supervisor, or admin credentials to access the sites and zones you're authorized to report on.

This app is intended for use by Security One Group staff and affiliated security personnel only.
