Power Merge Game Introduction

Game Overview
Welcome to Power Merge—a number merging game that challenges your strategy and foresight! On a simple 4×4 grid, place tiles so that adjacent tiles with the same number automatically combine, creating larger numbers and pushing your score to the limit!

Starting the Game
At the beginning of the game, an initial numbered tile will appear in the center of the 4×4 grid. This number is usually 2 or 4. As the game progresses, larger numbers will appear, marking the start of your merging journey!

Core Gameplay
Placement and Merging: By placing tiles, adjacent tiles with the same number will automatically merge.
Automatic Merge: When two adjacent tiles share the same number, they automatically combine into a new tile, with a value equal to the sum of both.
Chain Reactions: A single placement can trigger multiple merges, creating surprising combo effects.
New Tiles: After each placement, a new numbered tile will randomly appear in the middle of the grid.

Game Goals
Merge the highest numbers possible.
Achieve the highest score you can.
Challenge the limits of your strategy.

Game Over
The game ends when the following two conditions occur simultaneously:
No Space: All 16 positions on the 4×4 grid are filled with tiles.
No Merges: No two adjacent tiles on the grid have the same number.

Plan Ahead: Think 2–3 moves ahead to make room for high-value tiles.
Corner Strategy: Keep the largest number in a corner to better organize other tiles.
Avoid Filling Up: Try not to fill the grid completely, keeping at least one move available.
