If you're completely stuck for a particular contact today, you can freeze the day or pause individual contacts. Small check-ins are all it takes: Even a quick message, a sticker, a voice message, or an emoji can make a difference.

For moments when words fail you, LoopLeaf offers short text ideas that you can copy, share directly, customize, or use for inspiration. You can also save and favorite your own templates.
