TopCal is a modern, ad-free calendar for Android. It offers proven power-user interaction: gesture-based navigation and versatile view layouts, wrapped in clean Material 3 design (Google's current design language) with full dark mode support.

SWIPE, DON'T SEARCH
Two clearly separated swipe axes make navigation intuitive: swipe horizontally to change the time period (week, month, year), swipe vertically to move through time. The day under your finger stays put across view changes, so you always land exactly where you meant to.

ALL VIEWS
• Year: overview and quick date picking
• Month: grid with week numbers, events, and optional moon phases

AD-FREE
No ads. Not on the home screen, not when creating an event, nowhere. That way you won't accidentally tap intrusive ad links, and you can focus on your events and tasks undisturbed.

TASKS AND RELIABLE REMINDERS
Add tasks with due dates right alongside your events. Reminders fire reliably via exact alarms, even in battery saver mode, and are automatically rescheduled after a restart.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Keep your calendar data where it fits your security needs: locally on the device, via CalDAV (the open sync standard, e.g. Nextcloud or SOGo through DAVx5) for work or private use, or in Google Calendar for public calendars. That's real data sovereignty: freedom with a bit of personal responsibility. No ads, and we never sell your data; optional anonymous usage statistics can be switched off anytime. Transparent policy compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

HISTORY
A page of its own shows what you changed in TopCal — with the calendar and account — and restores any of it. The undo message is gone in seconds; a missing event you notice hours later.

Your next events as a tile and as a watch face complication, plus a list in the watch app. The watch needs no permission of its own.

WORKS WITHOUT CALENDAR ACCESS
You don't have to grant calendar access to try TopCal: birthdays, tasks and the date grid keep working without it.

Works with Tasker, Automate and MacroDroid: TopCal answers Android's standard calendar intents. Nothing is saved without confirmation.
