Nexus AR

Nexus AR turns a compatible Android phone into a controller for Samsung DeX, XREAL glasses, and other supported external displays.

Use the phone as a precision trackpad or motion-based Air Pointer while compatible applications remain on the external screen. Open launchable apps, click, drag, scroll in two dimensions, type with your selected Android keyboard, control media, and manage the external workspace from one focused interface.

Key features:

- Phone trackpad with tap, drag, long-press, and two-axis scrolling
- Air Pointer driven by phone motion sensors
- External-display app launcher with phone-only fallback prevention
- Samsung DeX setup and display controls
- Default Android keyboard bridge for focused external text fields
- Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, controller, and S Pen input support
- User-initiated screenshots and screen recordings through Android MediaProjection
- Capability-gated XREAL one-hand and two-hand controls on supported hardware
- Local settings with no account, advertising, or cloud service

External application control is optional and uses Android AccessibilityService only after a clear in-app disclosure and your affirmative consent. Accessibility processing is local and limited to user-commanded pointer, gesture, navigation, and keyboard actions. Nexus does not transmit or retain accessibility data or typed text.

Some functions depend on Android, Samsung DeX, external-display hardware, application display policies, XREAL model and firmware support, and vendor SDK availability. Protected, DRM, enterprise-managed, or non-resizable applications may restrict capture or secondary-display placement.

Nexus AR is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung or XREAL. Samsung, DeX, XREAL, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
