2026-07-14	NE*****	I download the app according to their instructions to make registration of the product easier. I have multiple Ryobi products and when I send the QR code on any of them, I get the same error message telling me to enter the information manually. I can find nowhere in the app to enter the information manually therefore I had to go online to my Ryobi account to do so. This is a long and arduous task...this app has turned out to be nothing more than an infomercial.

2026-07-12	Le*****	Can't add generator. Since there is no QR code on my generator, I don't know if they forgot to put the sticker on there or what, but I can't find it anywhere. No problem though, I'll just use the manual add button which is conveniently located underneath the scan and low and behold it just hangs that select category giving me absolutely no options at all, forever and ever. Not worth the hassle so I'm giving up on the app. Hopefully their generator works better than their app does.
