Lure to install the app with free $5 and after top up found the balance will expire in a period of time.. Crazy... when want to use the app it will like take forever for driver to accept ur booking. unless u increase the price until nonsense price. Pls do not use this app.

Waited 8 minutes for a PETride only for Driver to cancel right after he arrived (driver was slightly early) just because I hadn't come down in early, the driver drove off, and I came down on time. Made me wait downstairs with my cat for another 10 minutes for another ride. Drivers should get penalty for cancelling, especially when it I waited 10 minutes to get this ride? (2 minutes booking, 8 minutes initial waiting) only for him to cancel at the last minute.
