2026-07-10	Jo*****	Allows users to park their vehicles almost anywhere blocking regular traffic. Not to mention how bad many drivers are, ignoring local traffic laws. I like the principle, but the execution is terrible.

2026-07-09	Pr*****	rented a scooter, and after 30 sec i was told i was outside the driving/parking zone. so i couldnt end the ride, and icouldtn drive it to the parking og driving zone. so i have to walk with the scooter next to me, for 30+ minutes (while paying for every minute). just to be allowed to stop the ride. even though ut was parked outside the parking/driving zone from thr start. and customer service takes 24 hours to answer, horrible operation

2026-07-07	Ma*****	App and ride experience was fine. However, I received an unreasonable parking fine after parking in the same spot as my friend. My friend didn't get any fine and the app accepted my parking spot and photo. The fine was issued more than an hour after I parked the scooter, who knows what happened to it in the meantime. I appealed the fine and it got rejected without reason. That's outrageous!

2026-07-03	No*****	Illegal charges from 3 years ago + RUDE support. Ryde illegally charged my card for a false ride from 3 years ago. They even stored my payment data after I deleted it. When I complained, support sent a rude passive-aggressive message: "You'll find the answer from the earlier report :)" referring to a 3-year-old ticket. Back then, they waived the parking fee because my photos proved I parked correctly. Now they are illegally retroactively billing a time-barred debt. Total scam, avoid!
