It rarely works.....

App installs on my phone but can't do anything else with it. I uninstall and install, the app still say the same thing unable to retrieve pharmacy data. Check internet connections. There's nothing wrong with my internet service, the app has a defect. Please update the app or just redo.the whole application of this app.
