EDITED. Two stars only because the surveys have been easy enough. Downrated due to the fact that it's nigh into impossible to log in to the app much of the time, and while they resolved the payment issue the choice now to change payment providers has somehow put the app into a maintenance loop. I'm again owed money...

I took two surveys one paid me $2 the other one said it was processing now I can't even log into the app. They owe me $2 and now I can't even log in with my Google or apple account, it keeps giving an error message. I don't know how to contact anyone but it's annoying wasting time and being lied to.

Can anyone help? I am having difficulties with verification. When I take the pictures of my ID it says was excepted but then it says it can't find my information on my ID. It doesn't make sense. Is anyone having the same issue? If so what can I do to get it to fix this problem. It has been months. Please help. Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate it.hopefully the update fixed it. Great way to make s dollar per survey, the main issue with it is that we have to take each survey a week after that and sometimes after I take one after 3 weeks it still locked.

This is trash soon as I fill out the survey it says sending the dollar then it block me it's trash
