BizzMate

Run your trade business from your phone.

BizzMate turns the enquiries landing in your inbox into booked jobs, then follows
them all the way through to a paid invoice. Built for Australian trades and field
service businesses — sparkies, plumbers, builders, and anyone else running work
off a phone and a ute.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE APP

Your day
• See today's run, in order, with the drive between stops
• Open a job and get the full picture: site address, the customer, what was asked for
• Move a job through your board as the work happens
• Tick off checklist items, add materials used, take photos on site
• Finish a job with a completion report, ready for the office to invoice

Start the work
• Create a job while you're still standing in the driveway
• Add a customer as you take their details
• Build a quote or an invoice, line by line, with GST worked out as you type
• Send either one straight to the customer from your own business mailbox

Money
• Quotes and invoices with the GST broken out the way the ATO expects
• Open the finished PDF on your phone
• See what's been paid, what's overdue, and what's still waiting on a decision
• Submit supplier bills if you're a subcontractor

Everyone else
• Customer records with every job, quote and invoice against them
• Your email threads and your Facebook and WhatsApp conversations, in one place
• Team chat, so the office can reach you without a group text
• Notifications with quiet hours, so the phone stops at knock-off

BUILT FOR HOW A TRADE BUSINESS ACTUALLY WORKS

Everyone sees what their job needs. A technician gets their own work and none of
the business's money. A subcontractor sees the jobs they're on and their own bills,
never your customer list. The office sees the lot. You set it once and the app
follows it.

Reception on a work site is what it is. Job updates you make out of range are held
and sent the moment you're back on signal, so ticking off a checklist in a basement
isn't work you do twice.

AUSTRALIAN, PROPERLY
GST at 10% and shown separately, ABN handling, dates the way you write them, and
your own timezone. Not an overseas product with "colour" spelled wrong.

PRIVACY
BizzMate does not ask for your location and never reads it. Job pins on the map come
from the site address someone typed in, not from your phone. There is no advertising,
no analytics SDK and no third-party tracker in this app, and we don't sell your data.

You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app — Profile,
then Delete account.

WHAT YOU NEED
A BizzMate account. If your business already uses BizzMate on the web, sign in with
the same details and your work is there.
