Better not purchase online. 2 hour queues at every point. Very few staff helpful rest very unprofessional. If you going for skytroplis indoor theme park and Ripley's believe it or not remember majority half of the 20 plus rides close at 6pm. Other may not be working. No refund or compensation. Manage your time otherwise Genting World sells tickets cannot use. No staff or app mention this except tiny brochures at ticket counter. Only managed 1 ride after standing in different queues for 3 hrs.

The Genting Highlands policy are designed to sell customers tickets they cannot use. I purchased 4 tickets costing me RM 556. No where on the app while purchasing or after purchasing, they mention the best half of the 20 plus rides close at 6pm. There are massive queues at all points from Cable cart to any game inside the Skytropolis indoor theme park. Also buying online tickets is not enough you need to find the ticket office on level 1. The lady at the counter never mentioned as well. No refd
