User Reviews

Users appreciate the app's comprehensive seizure tracking features and ability to export logs to vets, making it valuable for managing pet epilepsy. However, multiple reviews report stability issues including app crashes, failures after updates, and data loss, especially when changing phones. Usability problems such as keyboard obstructing input fields, disappearing save buttons, and date inaccuracies hinder smooth operation. Additionally, support for password recovery is inadequate, causing user frustration. Addressing these technical and interface issues would greatly enhance the reliability and user experience of the app.
Pros

  • Provides ability to log medications, weight, lab results, and export data as PDFs to share with vets
  • Helpful for tracking and managing pet epilepsy over time
  • Free to use with useful fields for seizure logging
  • Voice typing support assists in quick data entry
Cons
  • Frequent issues with app not loading or crashing especially after updates or changing phones
  • Password reset and account recovery processes are unreliable or non-functional
  • UI/UX problems including keyboard covering text fields, disappearance of save button when typing notes, and poor screen formatting causing navigation difficulties
  • Data loss after updates or switching devices with inability to restore prior records
  • Date logging inconsistencies with dates showing incorrectly by a day

Had good days and bad days with the app. Today is a bad day, open the app, white screen and spinny wheel and no further. Had this when I upgraded my phone last but it started working again after a few months of using another app for humans. My dog's just had a seizure and I have no idea how long it's been since the last. I think from now on I must dual record in case this app isn't working.

I tried to send an email to the support email and it bounced back to me. I opened the app today and it won't load. All that it shows is the loading pages. I'm not even sure if my data correctly backed up and saved. I tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling. It still won't work. It should work because I just used the app a couple weeks ago.
