Recent reviews

Something broke the app with the most recent update. Device names can't be customized. Names can be edited and saved but the app ignores the changes and names stay at defaults. Also, when changing temperature settings you must add it sunray one degree from the desired setting on order for the desired setting to be saved. If setting a Heat setting and you want 67 degrees you must enter 68 and save it. Then the app will show 67 degrees. Before this update I had no issues operating two systems.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. We got an Econet thermostat when we had our new furnace and AC installed. The first one wouldn't connect to WiFi, so after 2 weeks we had to get a replacement. That one stayed connected for 19 days before disconnecting, and that's the longest we've kept it connected. Absolutely horrendous app and device. Unfortunately we're stuck with it because apparently it's the only device compatible with our RUUD system.
