2024-07-15	An*****	There is no option to see past due amounts anywhere in the app. The app only shows the full balance. The app would be more useful if I could see more information about my balance, such as past due amounts etc etc.

2024-01-07	Wy*****	As a Rutherford electric member, and with the update to the app, covering power utility has been a breeze. The 3-star rating is due to the company as a whole. While the staff are great to communicate with, if I am living in a home and my ex is on the bill and she isn't residing here anymore, then I should be allowed to switch her name to mine without having to pay almost $500. As I have called and tried multiples times to switch with no resolve, the info remains incorrect and REMC just wants $$$
