App worked fine until the last few weeks. Now getting error message and can't access. It wasn't helpful. Told me nothing the can due just login through desk or laptop.

Mostly it works as expected but far too frequently after using it, I end up being locked out of the account and have to call customer service to get it unlocked it is getting VERY annoying.
