Absolutely disgusting scamming behavior, 3 times in 15 orders only did they actually send what I ordered and today I reached my limit, I picked the roses for new years and first they said free shipping then made me pay 5 dollars more then after 3 hours of they send me this pale pink colored roses instead of read, Not heart shaped and the wrapping is the cheapest white wrapping i have ever seen then i asked hey is it heart shaped and no reply and i didn't want to cancel cs else nothing be sent.
