runthatup is a social fitness app for tracking daily activity and competing in community fitness events.

TODAY’S ACTIVITY
See your steps, walking and running distance, and active calories on the home screen. On Android, these numbers come from Google Health Connect when you choose to connect it. Connecting Health Connect is optional. We only read the activity types needed to show your dashboard and to score events you join.

FITNESS EVENTS
Join timed events scored on one metric:
• Steps — how many steps you take during the event
• Distance — walking and running distance during the event
• Calories — active calories burned during the event

Start an event, go about your day, and watch live leaderboards update as your activity is recorded. Event chat keeps you in touch with other participants. Some events also include live video so you can watch or join the moment.

STREAKS AND COMMUNITY
Build a fitness streak, follow events that fit your schedule, and compete with friends instead of training alone.

HEALTH CONNECT
runthatup uses Health Connect to read:
• Steps (step count)
• Distance
• Active calories burned

We also request background read so an event you have started can keep updating while your phone is locked or the app is in the background. We do not write data to Health Connect. We do not read heart rate, sleep, or medical records. You can disconnect Health Connect at any time in Health Connect or Android settings.
