Could have been a great coaching app, but some annoying things just has to be fixed. At the beginning the app ask a lot of questions about my running habbits - which is completely ok - but after the workout plan is ready, the app doesn't give any instructions about the daily workout. When I click on the "read more" button, it doesn't show anything. The other problem is that the app crashes quit often... I connected the app to my garmin app, but it's a bjt complicated to sync my daily activities.

Was using Garmin and Strava,but got constantly injured. This app seems to be suitable for my Berlin 2024 half prep. So far without injuries and obvious progress. The mobility excercises sometimes challenging, but I guess useful.
