Buddio: Lær at løbe lydguide

Running shouldn't be hard – it should be nice!

We help you get started safely and securely via audio guides, where we guide you to learn to run 3 or 5 km.

All you have to do is put on headphones and shoes, press PLAY and out your front door.

Your Buddio running instructor guides you in everything you need to do:
- how far you have to run,
- how fast you have to run,
- if you run correctly,
- when to walk and when to power walk,
- how to maintain your motivation ALL THE WAY,

We at Buddio take responsibility for your motivation, and our most important task is to create and maintain your motivation during your running course. We have developed all courses based on motivational theories and quality-assured training. This means that we guarantee that you will experience success on every one of your runs. Come along and feel it for yourself!

When you use our app, you will be associated with one of the following courses:

- Powerwalk
- 1 mile
- Learn to run 3 km
- Learn to run 5 km
- Learn to run from 5 to 10 km

A course lasts between 4 and 8 weeks, and depending on which course you choose, you learn to run between 10 minutes and 1 hour in one stretch.

In addition to our beginner running programs, you can also prevent running injuries in the app, such as:

- Pain in the hips
- Fiber bursts
- Pain in the knee
- Pain in the foot and around the shin.

Buddio, your beginner running app with voice guidance, offers weekly maintenance of your running form. Each week you have access to a new interval running workout, which you can complete as many times as you like each week.

We have collected everything you as a new runner need to know and have guidance about when you start your running journey. You get a running program that is adapted to you and together with our running coach Stephanie, you quietly develop your physique and mindset so that you get off to a good start.

If you choose our 5 km course, you get a complete "from sofa to 5 km" running program. Our running coach Stephanie guides you through the entire process and runs with you from start to finish towards your running goal.
