2024-12-14	Ra*****	App has made major improvements, and is now pretty darn good. The delivery service is great, and they seem to listen to feedback, which I really appreciate. The shoppers and drivers are great.

2024-10-27	Pe*****	Great concept, horrendous execution from the Buncha team. Spends hours searching through their glitchy app, shopping and adding things to your cart. Don't take a break, the app most likely won't remember your order. You'll have to start over. You can't search very well either, forget that option. Searches manage to bring up the most wildly incorrect items. And so many more issues.

2024-09-28	R *****	I can not get the store that I want, something about location? However, I can get the same store on Instacart. Also, delivery is set for later this evening, it's 8:30am and the delivery is scheduled for 7pm- 9pm? I was disappointed as I had high hopes based on advertisements.

2024-09-28	Mi*****	The search engine is horrible. Very frustrating. I'm trying to search for a product that I know Walmart has (dry shampoo) and NOTHING close to it comes up. Walmart has several varieties. If I can't shop at Walmart in this app, then this app is completely USELESS to me.

2024-09-14	Qu*****	Pros - cheaper than Instacart, efforts at better labor practices & more environmentally friendly Cons - no browser support for shopping, and the app is barely useable. It's extremely slow and laggy and the search function is worse than useless. It almost never brings up something relevant to the search term and it's impossible to find basic items that I know are carried in the grocery store.

2024-08-29	na*****	Made sense when they launched. Now the prices are extraordinarily high even when compared to instacart. With instacart I get to receive my groceries on any day and their gift cards go on sale regularly. I don't see a point of using this service anymore Some of the prices I compared from Costco. This is as of 08/29. A2 milk in instacart is $14.97 and in buncha its $15.40. orgain collagen is $34.97 in instacart but in Buncha it's $41.69 !! Hemp seed is $14.75 in instacart but it's $15.18 here
