من أسوأ مكاتب تأجير السيارات. استأجرت سيارة تأمين شامل واكتشفت إن في نسبة تحمل ٥٥٠٠ ريال غير الضريبة في العقد في حالة الحادث من طرف واحد ما حد خبرني بها، ودفعت المديونية كاملة وما وصلني شئ يثبت بغلق العقد حتى الأن بل بالعكس تأجير أرسلتي رسالة تفيد بأن العقد معلق لسداد المديونية. طلبت منهم مخالصة بالسداد وغلق العقد ومفيش أي رد من طرفهم. أرسلت واتس وايميل ومكالمة تليفونية وما في رد. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم مطلقا.

أنصحكم بعدم الاستئجار من الشركة ... صار لي مشكلة بسيارة مستأجرها منهم و كنت مسافر من مدينة لمدينة اخرى ... و قالولي راح نبدل لك السيارة و تدفع رسوم تسليم بين المدن !!! قلتلهم سلامات مالي ذنب سيارتكم و خرب المكيف فيها انا وش ذنبي ؟؟ المهم بعد اكثر من شهر و نصف رجعوا جزء من المبلغ ربي لا يسامحهم و لو ريال واحد اخذينه مني بغير حق نصييييحة يا اخوان لا خدمة عملاء ولا ادارة تهتم فيك لو صار لك مشكلة
