We are certified running instructors and we want to convey the importance that running and movement play in all of our lives.
We want to rediscover the existence of an archetype of running, a reference model that is the same for everyone and which is part of the genetic heritage of each of us since we are born
Running is a basic motor pattern that all human beings have since birth, the result of millions of years of evolution, but we have practically abandoned this motor pattern.
We therefore want to teach the recovery of a lifestyle suited to what we were born for, to teach the technical bases of this wonderful movement which are the basis of our true well-being.
