הזמנתי מוצר לנקודת איסוף, לא הגיעה הודעה לאסוף, פניתי לשירות הלקוחות, נציגים לא מזדהים בשמם, אמרו שלקחתי והחזרתי את החבילה! נו באמת, איך אפשר לאסוף בלי לקבל הודעה? דרשו ממני 30 שח למשלוח עד הבית. ביקשתי לבטל את ההזמנה של המוצר ולקבל חזרה את הנקודות, הפסיקו לענות למיילים... חבל, אפליקציה טובה, שירות גרוע
