Rula - Patient App

The Rula patient app helps you stay connected to your care, supporting you throughout your mental health journey.

Care shouldn’t end when your session ends. With the Rula app, you can continue making progress between sessions: reflecting on learnings, carrying insights into the weeks ahead, building self-care skills, and staying focused on the goals you set with your provider.



With this app, you can:
• Review session summaries prepared by your provider, including what was discussed, what to focus on, and any recommended resources
• Build and practice self-care skills with a library of exercises and articles to explore
• Share topics you want to discuss with your provider ahead of time to make the most of your sessions
• Send and receive messages from providers on your care team
• Manage your appointments and other care details (like billing and insurance information)
