KhataPro: Ledger & GST Invoice

KhataPro is a simple digital ledger and GST invoice app made for small business owners in India. Track every credit you give, record daily cash flow, and create GST-compliant invoices straight from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Customer ledger — add unlimited customers and suppliers, record what they owe you and what you have paid, one tap per entry, full transaction history per party.

Cashbook — daily cash-in and cash-out tracking with running balance, filter by date, account, or category.

GST invoices — create tax invoices with HSN auto-suggest, CGST / SGST / IGST auto-split based on place of supply, and download as PDF. Share via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or print.

Inventory — track stock for each item with low-stock alerts, scan product barcodes for quick lookup, and see stock value at a glance.

Reports — profit and loss, day book, GSTR-1 CSV export, and party-wise outstanding generated on your device.

Staff and payroll — mark attendance, calculate monthly salary, and record salary payments.

Payment reminders — send polite payment-due messages to your customers using your own number, through your own WhatsApp or SMS app. KhataPro is never the messaging gateway.

KhataPro is available in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, and Indian English. Numbers are formatted in the Indian lakh and crore style, and dates follow the Indian convention.

The app works offline. Add entries when you have no signal, and they sync the moment you reconnect.

PRIVACY YOU CONTROL

Receipt photos stay on your device — they never leave your phone. Your business data lives in your account, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export your full data or delete your account at any time from inside the app, or via the public form at khata.arkbytetech.com/data-deletion.

FREE WITH ADS

KhataPro is free to use. We support development through Google AdMob banner and interstitial advertising. You can decline personalised ads at any time from the in-app consent screen.
