Players spend a lot of time grinding diamonds, but when they use them, they can’t choose the specific weapons or items they need. Instead, everything is random, which feels unfair and frustrating. Even after hard effort, getting unwanted rewards makes progression slow and unsatisfying, especially for free-to-play players. A direct purchase or selection option would make the game much more fair and enjoyable.
