2023-12-30	Ja*****	Horrible customer support, full fraud, even the customer service agent is a bot, buggers are cheating, amount deducted from the account but balance is not showing, after chatting the bot said it will credit in 5 minutes if not it will return to your account back, but all fraud, nothing happened 6 hours gone.. Don't play in this platform

2023-11-19	Ma*****	Big fraud. There is no problem with deposit and withdrawal. Thats fine. But they let you win small bets and then in bigger bets they won't let you win. Time after time they give you cards that's full of jokers but no sequence. Everytime the opponent in any case finishes off in a flash which is impossible. And even if the game lasts long you won't get cards that you need and every card you throw will be picked up. Lost good money. It's a trap. Customer Care is robot and useless

Last 3 days i have alots of time communicating through RR app... but they r asking again same questions in mail, even i have send all proofs... even send to supportrubyrummy mail too .. butstillnow not having proper response for refund r credit in RR account immediately!? I felt its something fishy & it's cheated i think so? Hope it's not... until my payment 5000 credit,..... fraud felt? Send u in mail with screenshots now...

Please add 'deal game' and'tournament'also haven't yet tried withdrawal, so i gave only 3 stars rating. If withdrawal is functioning, then you deserve 5 stars and sooner or later this app will be one of the best👌 app. I'll come back and review again after trial of withdrawal. I am really enjoying this
