SOETIC

SOETIC (Soebandi Ticketing System) is an internal dashboard application designed to monitor IT service tickets and operational performance in real time at Dr. Soebandi General Hospital in Jember. This application is intended exclusively for internal use by authorized personnel and functions as a read-only system, where users can only view data without being able to create, modify, or submit any information through the application.

The application provides visibility into ticket status, priority, issue categories, and service performance metrics such as response and resolution times. All data displayed is sourced from the hospital's secure internal backend system and is used to support operational oversight and management decision-making.

SOETIC does not collect users' personal data from devices, does not share data with third parties, and does not store data locally on devices. All data communication is conducted via a secure connection and is accessible only to users with official authorization. This app was developed with a strong commitment to the security and confidentiality of the organization's internal information.
