beSIGN supports a certificate enrolment by scanning QR-Code from beSIGN Certificate Authority (CA) partners. Digital signatures generated by beSIGN are internationally-recognised digital signature standards, legally binding the signatory of the digital signature, and in compliance with global signature laws around the world. The signed document from beSIGN will be transformed to an international document archiving standard (PDF/A).

beSIGN follows "Privacy by Design" principles which does not keep any user's document on our platform, the signed document from beSIGN will be available only on user's mobile local storage. Therefore, beSIGN gives the total power over the signed document to beSIGN's users. beSIGN's users can freely share the signed document with others to any "Share to" app like e-mail or internet messenger application.
