Features & Capabilities

Butterfly is the premier social networking service dedicated to Hong Kong's lesbian community. Established in 2013, it has grown to include over 120,000 local lesbian members, offering a safe and engaging environment to meet new friends and find soulmates.

The platform features three key functions: a free discussion forum for sharing and connecting on topics of interest, a customizable matching service with filters like gender labels, outfits, zodiac signs, and dietary preferences, and a creative space for members to share their artistic stories. Butterfly offers both free access and premium subscriptions, with premium users enjoying unlimited private messaging, an ad-free experience, full profile access, blocking features, advanced matching filters, and comment deletion capabilities. Designed exclusively for women aged 18 and above, Butterfly champions community, connection, and self-expression within a supportive, lesbian-focused environment.
