BauChron is a digital construction log for professionally documenting construction sites and creating reports that can be directly archived or shared.

Data Privacy: Your Content Stays with You

All data and PDF reports you create are managed locally on your device. BauChron does not transmit the content of your reports to the developer's servers.

Third-Party Transparency

BauChron uses the following services for maps and weather:

• OpenStreetMap (static map image).

• Bright Sky / DWD (historical weather data).

These queries may transmit technically necessary data, such as IP address, coordinates, and the date of the request.

The historical weather data displayed in BauChron is based on data from the German Meteorological Service (DWD).

Location (optional)

The app can use your location to determine coordinates. You can disable location permissions in Android at any time. The app will still be usable, possibly without map or weather information, or with manual input.

License & Terms in PDF

• Free of charge, permitted for private and commercial use.

• No resale, distribution, or integration into other products.

• All generated data and reports belong exclusively to the user.

• The generated PDFs contain references to BauChron as well as source information for OpenStreetMap and DWD. These references must not be removed.
