The utility app 'WB Employees DA Arrears' can help to provide an idea to calculate the difference between central DA and the state of West Bengal DA.

If the state employees of West Bengal receive the Dearness Allowances since the implementation of the 5th Pay Commission (ROPA 2009) like the employees of the Central, the curiosity is what will be the dearness allowance arrear amount for each of the employees.

Step 1
Tap on the 'Calculate Arrear DA' menu on the home screen.
Step 2
Enter Basic Pay (BP + GP) as on 01-04-2009. Joined after 01-04-2009? Click the calendar icon to enter your date of joining.
Step 3
Click the plus (+) icon to add more rows or the delete icon to delete the extra row.
Step 4
Create a new row to enter Basic Pay after each increment or fixation.
Step 5
The date and amount will be populated automatically after adding every row. If any mismatch is noticed edit that row to enter the correct Basic Pay and effective date.
Step 6
After that press the calculate button to view the summary of the DA arrear calculation.

Now you can share the result with others by clicking the 'Share Result' button.

To view moth-wise detail calculation click the 'View More Details' menu at the bottom.
