Process of Registration
You can register only through your email ID, so there is no need for a phone number or social sign-in.

Enter your Email Address (which you are using actively)
You will receive an OTP for the verification on the Mail
Enter the OTP
Click on ok, and the application will verify your email.

You will have to create your profile after the email verification.

Enter your First name and Last name
Add your Date of Birth
Provide the phone number on which the driver will reach you
You may add your picture if you want; it is not necessary.
Once done, click on confirm and Ok.

Your profile is created, which you can edit using the “Profile” option.

How to Book a Ride?

Follow these easy steps to book your Quick Ride:

Open the JCA Taxi Application; your profile will be already logged in (if you have not logged out from the last use)

Select your pick-up location. You can use the map to locate you at your current location or manually fill in the place, select it on the map, and confirm.

You need to select your drop location. Again, you can search for it manually or locate it directly on the map.

Once you have chosen your pick and drop, select the vehicle according to your preference.

Available vehicle options:

You have multiple vehicle options to choose from according to your convenience:
JCA Cab
Bike
Auto

You will get the estimated distance and ride amount corresponding to each option.

Confirm your option; a driver will accept your request and come to pick you up.

You will get a confirmation notification with the Name of the Driver, Car Number, and contact number.

Once the Driver arrives at your location, you will get another notification, after which you can ride safely to your destination.

You can track your ride throughout your journey and see the estimated reaching time.

Payment Options Available

You will get the payment mode choice when you select the preferred ride option. You can choose your desired payment method. Available methods of payment are:

Cash
Paypal
Stripe
You can also use your Debit and Credit card to pay

You can book a ride after conforming to your payment method.

Ride Cancellation
If you want to cancel your ride after booking, you only have time until the driver starts the ride. There are no extra charges for the canceled ride. You just need to specify the reason for the cancellation.

You may cancel the ride even if the driver reaches your location.
You won't be able to cancel the ride if you are already using the vehicle to reach the drop location.

Write a Review
Once the ride reaches the destination and the payment is made, you can write a review regarding your journey and the driver. You can rate your ride experience and the driver separately.

Profile:
This option allows you to edit your profile. You can change your name, phone number, and profile picture.

History:
Clicking the history option will give you a compact and comprehensive ride history. Select the past ride for which you need more information, such as ride ID, day, date, time, cost of the ride, and distance.

You may also contact customer care directly by selecting the comprehensive details of the ride. A support option is also available under this section.

Support:
This option allows you to write about your ride issue and submit it. A customer representative will contact you soon.

Log Out
If you are changing devices or logging in with a new ID, you can directly log out by clicking the option and confirming it.
