Nightmare of an app. Says it's no eligible in my region (NI). Created an account on the PC version then found what I thought was a workaround. Sure enough it installed on my phone. Now it doesn't recognise the account I created on the PC. Why? Because it is a piece of rubbish. The worst part is that it's telling me I need the app in order to schedule a redelivery. I have had to warn the supplier that the item will almost certainly be returned to them due to this nonsense from RM.

Ca***** As a Royal Mail employee, I can honestly say this app is a total disgrace. It rarely works properly and constantly causes frustration. Features fail when you actually need them, updates seem to make things worse, and overall it reflects exactly how Royal Mail operates these days — unreliable and extremely disappointing. You are welcom🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
