Recent reviews

I will remember to never buy from Royal Heritage Home or Eddie Bauer again. About 1 out of 100 reviews rates it one star (often because they can't rate it 0 stars). It might not be bad for a new app, but this one is, at least, four years old. This just shows how much contempt these two companies must have for their customers. I have this blanket and was able to score a second controller. Now I have two controllers that are garbage. I'll keep trolling for a solution. If found, I'll post it here.

Bait and switch data mining device! Nowhere on the box does it say this requires an internet connection, so I bought it as a Christmas gift months ahead of time. Setting it up for my wife on Christmas morning I discovered that it requires access to location, and that you have to connect your phone to the internet through the blanket control box to their cloud service. This obviously gives them access to your home's location, but also could allow them to see everything you do on the internet.
