Row Clear: Block Place

Ice Block Star Quest is a refreshing ice-themed block placement puzzle game, designed with clean light blue frosted glass grid backgrounds to create a cool, relaxing winter visual style.
Every level launches with an empty 9×9 grid board, a fixed green star target tile placed in the middle-upper area of the grid, a limited number of operating turns shown in the top-left circular counter, and a real-time score tracker at the top center labeled "SCORE". Players receive 3 different irregular blue ice block shapes at the bottom reserve bar each round; you drag and drop these ice pieces freely onto blank grid cells.
The core winning objective is to cover the green star tile completely using the ice blocks before the displayed turns run out. Every empty grid cell filled by ice blocks grants score points, and your cumulative score rises continuously as you expand the covered area. Above the score display sits a tiered star reward progress bar with purple, pink, red, yellow and green star badges, which unlock sequentially when you reach specific score milestones across stages.
A limited-use golden reset prop button is fixed at the bottom-left corner. If your block layout gets stuck and cannot surround the star tile, tap this prop to clear all placed ice blocks instantly and restart your layout planning from scratch. A pause button sits in the top-right corner to suspend the game anytime.
Difficulty scales smoothly as players advance levels: later stages expand the grid size, cut down available turns, and add more complex L-shaped, zigzag ice block variants to raise spatial reasoning challenges. There is no harsh time countdown pressure, allowing players to take their time to observe and plan each placement step by step.
The game features simple one-touch drag controls, no complicated tutorials required, and a soft pale blue color palette that reduces visual fatigue during long play sessions. It serves as an ideal casual brain teaser for all age groups, perfect for short daily leisure breaks.
