App fails whenever I try to view cart. This is a huge inconvenience as there are no alternative options to purchase tickets. No back up website and you can't call cecil transit to purchase over the phone. Think about the consumer.

The app crashes constantly, you can not do anything, including buying passes, i'm not sure how i'm supposed to get bus passes atp. please fix your app, plenty of people rely on cecil transit.
