I was told the Club Rewards would automatically be transfered to the Club Card when using the kiosks or the in-house services. I checked the app and never received the reward points. I was then told that you had to buy the credits using the app itself. Missing possibly hundreds of potential reward points. I took the Loss and was trying to purchase credits through the app and could not connect any of my 4 bank cards. It turns out this is a common issue with the app.

I've tried multiple times with multiple credit cards to recharge my card with no luck. Reinstalling the app and re-adding the cards to my account also doesn't work. Incredibly frustrating that other people have had the same issues for months, and Round1 seems to have no interest in fixing the app.
