2022-12-07	Dm*****	One day the app has lost the logged credentials and it is completely broken: I can't login with an existing account because I forgot the password and password recovery does not work - the mail just never comes. And creating a new account doesn't help either - the controller refuses to re-register because it is already registered to another account. Even logging in locally did not work because of the expired java applet and certificates. AVOID ROTH!!!

2020-05-04	Si*****	I can read and adjust temps, but only when I'm connected to my own LAN! I have tried everything to get it to work also over the Internet, but it does not work. Roth support is rubbish, they don't have a clue what ports to open or anything. What's the point of this app when I can only adjust temps when I'm in my own house anyway??

2018-11-19	A *****	Ive had this system for 3 years now and not once have this app worked, nor have I ever been able to register all controllers (slave controllers) and get access to all thermostats. The user interface is rubish and the overall system unstable. Failsafes or fallbacks has been ignored. This is pretty disapointing considering the basic technology needed for a floor heating system in 2018. Im not only uninstalling this app, Im considering replacing the whole system. STAY AWAY FROM ROTH.

2018-10-07	A *****	Well my Roth is on my Lan but trying to connect to the safe server does not work!😵😠have put in all info and id and press OK button and absolutely nothing happens! Sucks major Roth! Your system works great but the IT part SUCKS major! Please do something about it🙄

2017-09-26	A *****	We currently have your thermostats in our house. WE cannot change the temperature on them at all. Our house stays overly hot because of it. We have to go to the boiler room to manually turn them down. The company that installed your hardware has no training in it at all. Your user manual does NOT NOT NOT explain how to go from one place to the next with the digital menu's in order to make temp changes. When it says to do something and the temp will blink, ours does not do that. It's the worst equipment I have ever seen!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until you get a better way of explaining how to use the thermostats. Your video's don't explain properly either.
