MiTurnoApp is the tool designed for healthcare workers in Ecuador who work rotating shifts. Forget spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups for coordinating changes: everything in one place, with a visual calendar, real-time notifications, and direct coordination with your colleagues.

📅 SMART SHIFT CALENDAR

Create your rotation by choosing Predictive mode (for fixed cycles like 1x1, 2x2, or 4x4) or Manual mode (for irregular shifts).
In Predictive mode, the app automatically detects your pattern by simply selecting a couple of example days.
View your workdays on a monthly calendar with different colors: Day ☀️, Night 🌙, Off 🟢, and Extra ⚡.
Add extra shifts with a long press on any day.

🏥 MULTIPLE WORKPLACES

Do you work at two hospitals or have multiple shifts? Create a calendar for each location.

Access the Unified View to see all your shifts for the month from all your jobs in a single calendar, color-coded by shift.
The app automatically detects conflicts if you have overlapping shifts.

🔄 SHIFT CHANGE BOARD

Post shift change requests that will only be visible to colleagues in the same hospital, department, and position.
Accept or reject requests from your colleagues directly from the app.
Upon acceptance, you will automatically receive the colleague's name and contact information to coordinate.
Confirm the change once it's finalized and automatically notify the other party.

🔔 REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS

Receive a push notification when someone accepts your shift change request.
Be notified when a colleague posts an available shift change in your department.

All notifications are recorded in the app's history.

👤 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Register your hospital, department, and job title to connect with the right colleagues.
Add your contact phone number so your colleagues can reach you when coordinating a shift change.

MiTurnoApp includes a database of hospitals, clinics, and health centers in all 24 provinces of Ecuador. If your facility isn't listed, you can request it directly through the app.

SECURE AND PRIVATE

Your shift information is private and only you can see it.
Contact information (phone number) is only shared with the colleague with whom you coordinate a shift change.
No advertising. No data sales.
