Correct addresses and locations
Addresses may be outdated, have old names, or be incorrectly located by map services. Therefore, Rota Certa allows you to correct the address and manually adjust the pin's position on the map.

When a delivery driver identifies a problem at the delivery location, they can:

Provide the correct address;
Manually adjust the location;
Confirm the new coordinates;
Register the correction for route participants;
Add information to guide future delivery drivers.

Corrections may remain pending until confirmed or approved by an administrator. After approval, an update can be used on new routes, helping other delivery drivers find the correct location.
