However, I would like to suggest another option for this application that is you may also let the unknown people join from different places and let them start kameti or let them introduce a new kameti after having the complete verifications about each person ( for the sake of trust) so that all the people will have no need to look up for a person if he needs money and no one is starting kameti. Just gave an opinion, thanks.
