POCUS Log is a private point-of-care ultrasound logbook for tracking scans, building your ultrasound portfolio, and monitoring your learning goals.

Designed for physicians, residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals, POCUS Log makes it easy to document ultrasound experience across clinical encounters. Whether you are learning bedside ultrasound, completing POCUS training requirements, or maintaining competency, the app keeps your scan records organized and accessible.

PRIVACY-FOCUSED POCUS TRACKING

POCUS Log is intended for de-identified educational and professional tracking. Do not enter patient names, health numbers, dates of birth, or other identifying information.

Your app data is stored locally on your device and is never collected, accessed, or stored on servers operated by the developer. Optional backups remain under your control on your device or in your personal Google Drive account and are subject to the security and privacy settings of those services.
